Position Overview

We’re seeking experienced Supervisors to oversee cleaning operations throughout California. This person will act as one of the local leaders for Neon Clean — managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, coordinating cleaners and schedules, and handling site walkthroughs and inspections.

The right candidates will be detail-oriented, professional, and confident in communicating with clients and managing cleaning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform client walkthroughs for new and existing commercial cleaning accounts
• Handle day-to-day operations for cleaning crews and schedules
• Oversee job quality and ensure every facility meets Neon Clean’s professional standards
• Communicate with clients to address needs, feedback, and service updates
• Support hiring, training, and coordination of cleaning technicians
• Report job performance metrics and client satisfaction to company leadership
• Manage supplies, equipment needs, and scheduling adjustments
• Assist with quotes, site inspections, and service recommendations
• Quality Control

Compensation

This is an hourly position, paid at a supervisor level.

Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, janitorial management, or team supervision (required)
• Experience with specialty services like floor buffing, strip and wax, commercial window cleaning, deep cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple commercial accounts simultaneously
• Professional appearance and demeanor for client walkthroughs
• Must have reliable transportation and smartphone
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
